When can I expect my order?
UK delivery is estimated at 5–12 business days in total: 1–3 business days to process your order, followed by 4–9 business days in transit.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, so occasional delays are possible. See delivery details.
Is UK delivery free?
Yes — delivery to supported UK addresses is free. Availability and timing can vary for remote and offshore locations. Check our shipping policy for the details.
How do I follow my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email tracking details where available. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to become active.

Not quite right — can I return it?
You can request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition, unworn and unused apart from reasonable inspection or fitting, with tags attached where applicable.
Email info@evira-london.com first for instructions. Change-of-mind return postage is normally paid by you, and an international return may be required. Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for conditions and exceptions.
